Introduction

A 2 day class for teaching how lean can help improving the flow between different sites and locations. How to use Macro Value Stream Mapping and redesign the connections for better flow. We will use a LEGO simulation of a supply chain involving multiple suppliers to teach the lean supply chain concepts in a very hands-on and visual way.
